01 Eligibility and Registration Conditions

To use the JILICROWN platform, you must satisfy the eligibility conditions listed on this page. If you fail to meet any of these requirements, JILICROWN keeps the right to cancel or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in line with our user policies.

Supplying false information during registration is treated as a direct breach of our terms and conditions. If this happens, the related account will be closed without any prior warning, and JILICROWN reserves the right to confiscate any balance remaining in that account.

02 Account Management

04 Bonus and Promotions: Terms and Conditions

Every offer also carries its own specific requirements, which are spelled out on the corresponding promotion page, while the common conditions in this section apply to all of them. Please take time to review everything before you join in. Only players who are at least 21 years old may use the services.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw the bonus amount, you have to complete a minimum turnover of 15 times the original deposit. Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Reload Bonus: Regular members can claim a weekly reload bonus. The wagering requirement for this offer is 10 times the bonus amount.

06 Prohibited Activities

Under the JILICROWN terms, the activities below are completely banned on the platform. If you are caught doing any of these, your account may be closed for good and any balance you have will be forfeited.

• Opening or running more than one account, or handling an account that belongs to another user, is not allowed.
• Using a false name, submitting fake documents, or giving any kind of altered identity details is a clear violation.
• Playing games through automated bots, scripts, or any software that plays in your place is strictly prohibited.
• Trying to hack, break into, or manipulate the game system, its outcomes, or any platform feature is treated as a serious offense.
• Money laundering, moving funds from unlawful sources, or taking part in any illegal financial activity is completely forbidden.
• Harassing, threatening, or bullying other players is considered unacceptable behavior and may lead to account action.

08 Account Closure and Suspension

Under the platform terms, JILICROWN may temporarily or permanently close your account for the following reasons, and we always try to act fairly and reasonably.

• If your account has been dormant for a long time — specifically, for 12 months or more.

• If legal obligations or regulatory requirements from the proper authorities demand it, we may be left with no choice but to terminate the account.

You may also ask to close your account yourself at any time. If you do, any legitimate and verified balance that remains in the account, excluding any bonus credits, can still be withdrawn according to our standard withdrawal process.

09 Limitation of Liability

JILICROWN will not accept responsibility or be held liable in any of the following situations:

• Gaming interruptions or disruptions that happen because of problems with your own internet connection.
• Any loss or damage that comes from issues with your device, browser, or installed software.
• Delays, failures, or errors that originate from third-party payment service providers or banking channels.
• Inconveniences caused by sudden, unexpected technical faults or system errors that are beyond our control.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, armed conflict, or restrictions and sanctions imposed by the government.

Despite the above, JILICROWN always makes an effort to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible and to treat players fairly whenever a problem occurs. Should a dispute ever arise, the decision made by our support team will be considered final and binding.

10 Right to Amend These Terms

JILICROWN reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these terms and conditions, whether in part or in full, at any time. When significant changes are introduced, we will typically take the following steps:
